ADVANCED COURSE
The Advanced Course is designed for practicing child evangelists who have been in the field for at least two years or have successfully completed the Certificate Course of the Institute.
It provides advanced training in handling complex issues in children’s ministry, counseling children effectively, and equipping leaders to train other workers within the ministry. The course is particularly beneficial for Children’s Ministry Leaders, Sunday School Superintendents, and Children’s Group Coordinators.
Requirements
- Must oversee a functional Children’s Bible Club
- Completion of the Certificate Course or at least two years of post-basic experience in teaching children.
- Possession of SSCE Certificate or its equivalent.
- Must be a born-again Christian.
Duration
The ACEC runs for three (3) weeks of intensive lectures, practical group presentations, discussions, assignments, tests, and examinations. This is followed by eleven (11) months of fieldwork for those intending to advance to the Diploma level.
Note: Graduating students at the Advanced Level must earn a minimum of 65 cumulative credit units.
